Travo is an AI-assisted travel planning app. You can create trip workspaces, build itineraries, and chat with Travo to get suggestions, add activities, and refine your plans.
Every account includes one free trip planning session with Travo AI enabled, covering up to a 5-day itinerary. This means you can plan a trip of up to 5 days using AI assistance at no cost. Additional trips can be created manually at any time, but Travo AI chat is only available on the free trip or on trips where a pack has been applied.
Trip packs unlock Travo AI for a specific trip for a set number of days. Packs are purchased from inside the trip workspace and are tied to that trip only — they do not expire and do not roll over to other trips. Pack pricing and tiers are shown at the point of purchase.
To keep Travo responsive for everyone, AI messages are limited to 100 messages per hour per account, counted across all your trips. This is a rolling window — each message expires from the count exactly one hour after it was sent, so your limit gradually refreshes rather than resetting at a fixed time. If you hit the limit, Travo will tell you how long until your next slot opens up.
This limit applies to AI messages only. Reading your itinerary, editing activities manually, and other non-AI actions are not affected.
Travo stores your account details, trip data, itineraries, and chat messages to provide the service. Your messages are processed by a third-party AI provider to generate responses. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Travo's suggestions are generated by AI and may not always be accurate, up to date, or suitable for your specific needs. Always verify important details — opening hours, prices, transit options — directly with the source before your trip.
